TO BE NOTED :

• Strictly under 12yo
• Price at $30 per person.
• Minimum of order at 2 sets of High Tea.
• Booking only and all bookings must be made at least 48hours in advance. We don’t accept walk in.
• Please ensure that you make a booking for each person in your group in one transaction as we don’t accept additional set.
• Please make the booking carefully as reschedule and cancellation aren’t available after 48hours. We only accept refund for cancellation at least by 7 days prior. Within 7days, we only accept transfers but strictly no cancellation and no reschedule within 48hours.
• Once booked, your group can choose to sit on our Lounge / Guest room and Verandah, but not the Private room.
• We will do our best to fulfil your request but couldn’t guarantee. Kindly arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your session start time to be seated.
